Here at LAU we understand that sometimes your purchases just aren't exactly what you were after. So we have made a returns policy to help you if you are not 100% happy.

LAU offers a full refund for any full price purchases made within 14 days of receipts of goods. No refunds can be made on sale items or gift cards.
If you wish to return an item that was purchase with a welcome discount. Please contact email@example.com As these can not be processed through the returns portal.
All returned items must be in original condition, not be worn, washed and in original packaging with swing tag attached. LAU reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet these requirements.
Items are to be sent back to LAU at customers expense. Please keep tracking as a reference. Lost packages are at the customers expense.
Final sale refers to items that are marked to clear. Final sale items are not eligible for refund, unless in the event of the item being faulty. You will be notified on the product page if the item you are purchasing is final sale. We recommend reaching out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org for any assistance prior to purchasing.
For any International returns. Please choose carrier of your choice. We recommend using a traceable service, as LAU cannot be held responsible for lost or untraceable items.
Once return(s) have been processed, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
If you would like to exchange your order for a different size. Please go ahead a purchase your correct size to guarantee your item. Then submit a return as per the LAU returns policy for your original purchase.
